Cancellation policy
Please read the following cancellation policy carefully before confirming your spot.
Event cancellation or rescheduling by WAG
WAG reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event if necessary. In this case, all participants will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to:
attend the event on the new date, or
receive a full refund.
Refunds
Except in the case of cancellation or rescheduling by WAG, or in the event of force majeure, once a booking is confirmed, tickets are non-refundable.
Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations, changes of plans, illness, scheduling conflicts, or no-shows.
Ticket transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost.
Please notify us of the name of the new attendee before the event.
