Whether your dog is a puppy experiencing grooming for the first time or an older dog who has had difficult experiences at the groomer before, intro sessions are designed to change that. We go slowly, use positive reinforcement, and never push a dog further than they're comfortable. The goal is simple: to make grooming something your dog can tolerate, and ideally enjoy.

Each session is tailored to where your dog is — some will get through a brush and a paw handle in the first session, others need a few visits just to feel comfortable with the sounds and smells. We recommend around 2 sessions for short-coated dogs and 4 for long-coated ones before moving to a full bath or groom. The appointment takes 30–45 minutes and costs €25.

Your dog stays with us for free all day if they have an appointment. Not yet fully vaccinated? Let us know when you book — we disinfect the space before arrival.
